<span style="font-family: Verdana;">The discussion was sponsored by the Food Studies program of the New School and ROC-NYC the Restaurant Opportunities Center of NY.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana;">Approximately 30 people attended and the talk was filmed.</span><br />
